About this project
Little Elm is improving Sunrise Bay neighborhood streets as part of its 2026 asphalt maintenance program.
The project includes asphalt replacement, roadway stabilization and paving improvements on Shoreline Drive, Sunrise Bay Point, Sunrise Bay Court, Misty Cove and Fisherman’s Cove. The town says construction will occur in phases, with one side of each roadway closed at a time to maintain access.
